JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

· Enhance the current PayPak card product and introduce new variants

· Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis

· Prepare data driven strategic presentations

· Provide insights on ongoing initiatives, market trends and product performance

· Support internal and external teams to conclude the development, testing and deployment

· Possesses knowledge of regulatory requirements and data protection standards regarding cards

· Demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office

· Manage customer relationships and feedback on debit & credit card products

· Exhibit good understanding and experience of card issuance life cycle

· Exposure of managing IPS and enhancing spending

· Good understanding and expertise of merchant alliances and onboarding partners for cards

· Experience on various spend/issuance campaigns
