Key Accountabilities

· Ensure efficient machine operations to meet daily targets while following SOPs and quality standards.

· Apply WCM to reduce losses and drive continuous improvement.

· Minimize operational waste in line with business goals.

· Standardize settings to improve quality and reduce complaints.

· Perform regular maintenance to sustain machinery performance.

· Ensure SHEQ compliance with cost and inventory control.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

· BS Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Mechatronics

· 0-1 Years of relevant experience

· Strong technical knowledge of machines, troubleshooting, safety, and GMP standards.

· Proficient in data analysis and RCA

· Effective in floor leadership with strong communication skill and detail oriented

· Self-driven and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
