WE’RE HIRING Admin Services Lead

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee general upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure, horticulture and company assets.

· Supervise and monitor the housekeeping staff, company cafeterias and employee accommodation.

· Manage employee transportation.

· Monitoring all the gate related activities including VMS, timekeeping office and the inward & outward movement of goods.

· Effective liaison with internal stakeholders & government offices.

· Manage any additional tasks assigned by the line manager as per work requirements.

Requirements:

· A master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

· 3-4 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.

· Strong analytical & coordination skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
