JUNIOR TEXTILE DESIGNER
· Location: Karachi

JOB ROLE:
· Assist senior designers in selecting fabrics, color palettes, and developing seasonal shade cards for women’s eastern wear.
· Prepare mood boards and capsule collections aligned with brand vision, cultural themes, and eastern design inspirations.
· Select trims, laces, buttons, and embellishments suitable for eastern apparel aesthetics.
· Maintain detailed garment specifications, photos, and documentation required for tech packs.
· Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for photo shoots and web shoots before seasonal launches.
· Support fabric sourcing for sampling, create garment sketches, assist in approvals, and collaborate on embroidery layouts and embellishment designs.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in women’s eastern apparel.
· Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of eastern fabrics, embroideries, motifs, and color combinations.
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, and MS Excel.
· Ability to create accurate technical drawings, tech packs, and design documentation.
